Note:


Setup fee: $25 for one assembly side. For double sided placement, the setup fee is $50.


Stencil: The Laser stencil is used during the assembly process, but it's not delivered with the assembled boards.


PCB Assembly: Automated placement of parts on the PCB.


Manual Assembly: Manual placement of parts on the PCB.


Extended components fee:  Extended components are required to change the feeders on P&P machines which requires an additional labor fee.


Feeders Loading fee: For standard PCBA type, all components(basic and extended) are required to load the feeders on P&P machines, which requires an additional labor fee.


X-ray inspection fee: In order to ensure the soldering quality, X-ray inspection is required for components, like BGA, QFN, or other lead-less package types, whose soldering joints were hidden after the SMT.
